Below is important information regarding the collection and usage of information from users of the e-Emphasys eLogistics mobile app (“eLogistics”). eLogistics does not collect any personally identifiable information about the user except for the following data types:

• Location Information: eLogistics captures the user’s location information only while the user is actively using the app. This data is utilized to display the most up-to-date location of the user to the Dispatcher on the Logistics web applications.
• Media Access: eLogistics allows the logged-in user to access photos, videos, and other documents available on their iPhone. These files can be uploaded to the ERP backend to associate them with the hauling order that the user is handling.
• Calendar Access: eLogistics accesses the user’s calendar on the iOS device to create events corresponding to the hauling orders assigned to the user.
• Google Analytics: We utilize Google Analytics to measure application usage patterns. As part of this analytics process, certain data is collected, including a user’s location, email address, user ID, and e-Emphasys ERP employee ID.
