Rob started his professional career with the 2nd largest Caterpillar dealer in the Pacific Northwest as an Accountant and Internal Auditor – eventually earning his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. He would go on to lead Purchasing, Telecommunications, and a cross functional team implementing a migration of the company’s financial systems. The latter project rejuvenated his original career interest in technology, and he would find his way into software and other technology related efforts – often working projects with major financial components.
Rob has nearly 30 years of leadership experience, with nearly 20 of that being in technology. He has approximately 250,000 books sold on technology topics, and has lead cutting edge development projects in multiple industries and a mix of platforms. He has been a coach to startup companies, and developed product for several startups. Today, Rob focuses on helping organizations grow their leadership at both an inspirational and visionary level.
Brad has more than four decades of experience in the construction and industrial equipment industry. Brad worked as a CEO of a large construction equipment dealer. He was also the President of OEM’s Dealer Advisory Council for 10 years. Prior to that, Brad worked with 3 major OEM dealers in various roles – Sales Representative, Service and Parts Manager, Remanufacturing Center Manager, Used Equipment Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and VP & General Manager.
For more than 15 years, he was a member of the Executive Forum group that provided updates twice per year for studies in Executive Management with the International Negotiation & Management Co. (INM).
Brad Stimmel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University and an International Negotiation and Marketing degree from the Executive Management Institute.

On this 45-minute tour of our production facility, we will navigate the entire beer-making process from raw ingredients through fermentation and packaging. We will finish with an educational tasting of a few Sierra Nevada beers.
