Linder is one of the largest Komatsu dealers in North America with 16 locations in key cites throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Linder also represents many other lines of equipment including Wirtgen, Vogele, Hamm, Kleemann, Midland Machinery, Allied Construction Products; Genesis demolition and scrap attachments; Mincon, Esco, Hensley and Superior Brooms.

CHALLENGES

Linder Industrial Machinery is a large company with 16 locations across three different states, but before partnering with e-Emphasys they were still using an outdated legacy system. They were also using many “bolt-on” third party applications. In choosing a new Dealer Management System, Linder was looking to reduce “islands of information” and to increase automation of processes that were previously manual.

“Enhancing our customer support capabilities and reducing response time required us to implement more efficient process to speed up communication between our staff at our 16 locations and improve integrations with our business partners,” said John Coughlin, President.
