Our global workforce is taking every possible precaution to ensure their safety, as well as the safety of others. These actions include allowing employees to work remotely, practicing additional sanitary precautions, restricting direct human contact closing physical locations if required. Our entire organization has taken swift and comprehensive steps to ensure that our support and services continue without interruption.

In light of the ever-changing environment, e-Emphasys would like to update you on ways that we will be providing additional resources in response to COVID-19.

We understand that some of your staff may have additional time for initiatives outside the normal day-to-day operations. In addition, many people are now working remotely, which can present additional challenges.  We realize that many companies see an opportunity leverage this slow period to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.

To assist with these efforts, we will be providing a series of webinars presented by our Product and Consulting teams. These will provide additional training for your end users and provide a platform for product experts to answer your questions and provide guidance.

Additionally, our IS Team is aware that the current situation may bring additional challenges. We are eager to help in assisting you with any issues, including:

  • Assistance with security measures
  • Guidance on virus/spam protection
  • Guidance on setting up firewalls
  • Assistance setting up alerts/notifications to ensure availability of disk space, processing power, memory, etc.
