Duties:
Design, develop, implement, and customize e-Emphasys ERP Software based on client requirements following industry standards. Implementation of e-Emphasys Parts, Service, Rental and Equipment modules. Implement integrated software products like eServicetech, eScheduler, e-Inspection, CNH CSPS (Common Spare parts system), CNH eQuipment Interface, Volvo MMI (Manufacturer Managed Inventory) and other OEM-Vendor interfaces. Understand Material Requirement planning, Inventory & Warehouse management, Demand planning, Supply chain process of clients to customize and implement e-Emphasys ERP. Key User, End User training on e-Emphasys Parts, Service, Rental and Equipment modules. Resolve functional issues reported by all users for eXtend Parts, Service, Equipment, and Rental modules. Business Process Study and As-Is Analysis. Conduct GAP analysis and develop business and functional requirement documents. Interact with Product Development team on new developments and testing changes prior to Go-Live. Perform Unit Test, System Test and Integration test on the customizations developed. Build, maintain and utilize the knowledge gained of the customer ERP environments to support key users and resolve issues in timely manner. Implement support strategies to reduce issues from clients. Create customized reports using SQL query language. Data Migration that includes Data Collection from legacy systems, Sorting, Analysis & Loading into e-Emphasys ERP and validating the data post migration. Perform and validate correction programs if any data corrections are required post data migration. Test and validate OEM Interfaces. Introduce new e-Emphasys ERP functions and modules to clients during Implementation. Analysis of Industry requirements for product development. Provide post Go-Live support, user training and resolve functional issues reported by all users for ERP for Parts, Service, Equipment and Rental modules and OEM-Vendor Interfaces. Business Process Mapping in e-Emphasys ERP. Product Installation of e-Emphasys ERP solutions at different locations for customers. Establish Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor and control Project and issue statuses.
Required:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (any) plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or similar ERP engineering position. Must have 2 years of experience with: SAP – ERP, CRM, SAP – Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Inventory Control, Lean Manufacturing; PPAP, Six-Sigma tools, MRP, MPS, Tableau, R, MS SQL, VBA, MS Office, and MATLAB.
