TA Associates and True Wind Capital Announce Strategic Growth Investment in e-Emphasys Technologies
BOSTON and SAN FRANCISCO, November 15, 2021 – TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, and True Wind Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in leading technology companies, today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in e-Emphasys Technologies, a leading software and solutions provider to dealers and rental companies in the equipment distribution industry. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021, were not disclosed.
